It is a fact that we are currently living in one of the most challenging times both in our nation and across the world. So challenging that most persons cannot but admit that they are only surviving by miracle and by grace. That is why this message is coming to you at this hour that you shouldn’t loose hope. This challenging time will pass away but you will still be standing if you don’t loose hope.
The situation described above is a fact, but the truth part of it is that God knows how to satisfy His people in times like this and He will satisfy you too if you will trust in Him, hope in Him and most importantly listen to His instructions.
When there were famine in the land of Israel in the days of Elijah, God instructed him where to go (the brook) and Ravens brought food for him there (1Kings 17:2-6); when tax collector approached Jesus and their treasurer was not around, God provided money out of fish mouth to meet their needs (John 17:27); instruction also turned water to wine and turned potential embarrassing situated to praise moment for the celebrants (John 2:4).
To prevail in this economy therefore, we must also pay attention to instructions. You may not be asked to go to the brook like Elijah, but there is a place your own provision is waiting for you too; you may not be asked to go fishing for money like Peter, but there is an instruction you also need to access that will settle your financial need and save you from embarrassment like it did to the celebrants at the wedding of Canaan.
In conclusion, in this challenging time, refuse to loose hope but trust in God. Listen to His instruction specifically to you and He will satisfy you i drought and you will glorify Him. Hallelujah!
