Another major force that stop men from entering into their promised, God-ordained land is unbelief. To us as human, unbelief may not be a big deal, but in the spirit realm it is considered as rebellion. Unbelief is regarded as calling God a liar and incapable and it therefore carries serious consequence.
For instance, imagined what God went through to bring the Israelites out of the land of Egypt with the intention of taking them to the promised land. Everything they needed was present – they had God’s presence with them and nothing including pharaoh, neither the red sea nor their adversaries could stop them, BUT UNBELIEF STOPPED THEM.
Hebrews 3:16, 19 NKJV says
[16] For who, having heard, rebelled? Indeed, was it not all who came out of Egypt, led by Moses? [19] SO WE SEE THAT THEY COULD NOT ENTER IN BECAUSE OF UNBELIEF.
Some persons today have all the advantages needed to step into the next phase of their lives but unbelief is their major hinderance. MIND YOU, HAVING ALL THE ADVANTAGES DOESN’T MEAN YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED PHYSICALLY AVAILABLE. BUT ONCE YOU HAVE GOD AND HIS WORD TO MOVE, THEN THAT’S WHAT YOU NEED. Others may think it’s not a big deal but before God, it’s a serious offence because it’s capable of keeping you on the same spot perpetually.
If God has given you His word, then believe it and step out in faith because He’s faithful to His word. It’s better to believe God and fail than to doubt His words. Don’t let unbelief stop you from entering into your own promised land.
