As long as you’re still interested, no devil can stop your answers without your permission or corporation

No devil can either stop your blessings without your direct or indirect permission or corporation. And it doesn’t matter whether you’re conscious of that permission or not. As long as you permit them, they can stop your blessing.

When Daniel was praying to God in Daniel chapter 10. The moment he started praying, an angel was sent to answer his prayers. But that angel didn’t get to Daniel until on the 22nd day. Why? Because a prince in darkness stopped him.

Daniel 10:12‭–‬13 NKJV says 

[12] Then he said to me, “Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words. [13] But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia.

Why didn’t the angel turned back when he was stopped by the Prince of Persia? 

1. Because the angel was sent to Daniel and not to the prince of Persia. And as long as Daniel, the one to whom the answer was sent is still praying and interested in the answer, the angel must find way to give the answer to him.
2. Because God’s word cannot return to Him void but must accomplish its purpose. So, the angel can’t return without delivering the message (Isaiah 55:11, Luke 14:15-24).

• Isaiah 55:11 – God says His word can’t come back void. So, the angel can’t go back because the devil tried to stop him. He will only go back after reaching the target person.
• Luke 14:15-14 – Because God’s purpose must be accomplished, the king has to give the supper (blessings) to other persons (even though they weren’t the intended person to give it to in the first place) because the original persons to whom it was intended rejected it. So if Daniel also had rejected the answer (consciously or unconsciously), then at God’s command, the angel may have to give it to someone else.

So, the Devil understand this mystery and that’s why he and his agents try to make use us or try to make us agree with them consciously or unconsciously to stop our own blessings.

WAYS THROUGH WHICH THE DEVIL TRIES TO SEEK OUR PERMISSION OR CORPORATION SO AS TO STOP OUR BLESSINGS

1. Anger 
2. Worrying
3. Lying 
4. Disobedience
5. Sins (fornication, adultery, malice, backbiting, etc.)
6. Evil imagination
7. Wrong speaking or prophecy

WHY WE PRAY

Prayer, amongst other things, help us to remain sensitive and empower us not to submit to the enemy’s lies and strategies seeking to lure us into cooperating with them. In other words, you may know that lying, anger, sin is wrong and evil. But force of darkness can compel you to lie, get angry, disobey, and sin even though you didn’t want to. How? Because whatever happens in the physical is controlled from the spirit realm. And the moment you fall for their works, you automatically come under their control. This gives them power to stop your blessings or divert it. So, prayer gives you spiritual stamina to repel those evil forces trying to control you.

Therefore, no matter how long it takes for your answers to come, wait for it. As long as you remain interested, it will come eventually and no devil can stop it.
