Don’t sell yourself

One of the things that make us feel unworthy, rejected, unloved and neglected by God is sin. The reason some persons can’t pray is because their own sin convict them. SIN IS THE ONLY SLAVE TRADE WHERE THE SLAVE TRADER (SELLER) IS THE SAME AS THE ONE TO BE SOLD. In other words, when a man chooses to walk in sin, he/she is deliberately choosing the path of slavery.

Isaiah 50:1 NKJV says

[1] Thus says the Lord: “Where is the certificate of your mother’s divorce, Whom I have put away? Or which of My creditors is it to whom I have sold you? FOR YOUR INIQUITIES YOU HAVE SOLD YOURSELVES, And for your transgressions your mother has been put away. [2] Why, when I came, was there no man? Why, when I called, was there none to answer? Is My hand shortened at all that it cannot redeem? Or have I no power to deliver? Indeed with My rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness; Their fish stink because there is no water, And die of thirst.

Truly God hates sin, but not the sinner. In other words, God may hates what you’re doing, but He doesn’t hate you. And no matter the sin you’ve committed, God is ready and willing to forgive you of those sin and help you out of the mess and slavery that sin have put you in. But this He will do on His own terms and not on your own terms. That is, you must be willing to surrender to Him.

Isaiah 52:3 NKJV says

For thus says the Lord: “You have sold yourselves for nothing, And you shall be redeemed without money.”

God has power and is willing to rescue you from any form of spiritual, financial, career, physical, mental, and marital slavery where you’ve sold yourself through sin, but you must be willing to be free and obedient to whatever He tells you to do. Remember, sin help you sell yourself into slavery.
