God has made His great power available and accessible for us who believe in Christ Jesus. Whether we then access this power and use it or not is left to us.
The scripture in Ephesians 1:19-20 reveal to us that this same power that God made available for the believer is the same power that God deployed to raise Jesus Christ from the dead and set Him in the place of honor before God. If that is the case, then there is no reason under heaven why a believer should live a defeated, struggling, dejected, and shameful live. If this happens, then the believer is to blame.

I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms.
Child of God, please take time to ponder on this truth. If the scripture says that such immeasurable, unlimited, surpassing, great, and active power of God that raised Jesus Christ from the dead is available for you too to take and operate with, then its worth it if you spend the rest of your life pursuing that power, except you’re comfortable with living a defeated life. If that is okay with you, then it’s okay.
But know this as a believer that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is available for you also, it’s now left for you to decide whether you want it or not. By the help of the Holy Spirit, we will continue this teaching tomorrow.
