JESUS WAY OF SOLVING CHALLENGES

Just like you and I, Jesus our LORD was also faced with challenges. But He solved those challenges simply by first giving thanks to God.

When Jesus was faced with challenges of insufficiency, He needed to feed the thousands of people following Him but had only few loaves of bread and fishes available. He simply gave thanks for the ones available and God multiplied them till they became abundance (John 6:5-12; Matt 15:32-38).

Therefore, stop complaining about any form of insufficiency around you, instead, start giving God thanks. Even though your salary is nothing to write home about, still thank Him for giving you a job in the first place; that business may be small for now, thank Him because at least you have a business to call your own; you may not have a job yet, but thank Him because at least you have a certificate or know a trade or a skill you’re proud of; you may not be married yet, still thank Him because you’re whole and alive; even though you don’t have a child yet, thank Him because you’re married. No matter what you see as insufficiency today, start thanking God for them and as you do, you will see the mighty power of God multiplying them or turn them around for your abundance.

Again, Jesus was confronted with another challenges at the tomb of Lazarus, a dead of four days. This represent a closed case (John 11:23-26,39,40). What was the first thing Jesus did? He gave God thanks (John 11:41).

Are you experiencing any closed case situation in your life or around you? Start giving God thanks concerning that medical closed case report or health situation; start thanking Him concerning that family issue that has defiled all solution; thank Him for that sack or termination letter or any closed case around you. As you do this continuously, just as Lazarus was raised to life after four days, that closed case will be revived and you also will see the glory of God in Jesus name (John 11:40) because Jesus has promised that if you will only believe in Him He will bring that dead situation back to life (John 11:25-26).
