Let your faith rest in the power of God, not in the wisdom of men

The wisdom of men has failed many times due to human limitations, whereas God’s power has proven to be dependable and never failing because God, the owner of the power is limitless. Hence, the reason it is wise to let our faith rest on God’s power above human wisdom.

I Corinthians 2:5 NKJV says 

that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

1. When your faith rest in the wisdom of men, you will doubt divine blessings and always want to understand the channels through which all the money you need for a particular project or assignment will come. Logically this is a good thing. But if you operate on this principle alone all the time you may be limited. However, when your faith rest in the power of God, that power has the potential to meet whatever financial needs that you have in a way that is far beyond what you can comprehend;
2. When your faith rest in the wisdom of men, you will doubt divine healing because of doctors report. But if your faith rest in the power of God, you will receive your healing even if doctors report says otherwise;
3. When your faith rest in the wisdom of men, you will want to wait to figure it all out before stepping out. But when your faith rest in God’s power, you will step out following His leading if when you don’t have all the details because you know faithful is He who calls you who will also do it;
4. When your faith rest in the wisdom of men, then you can believe all hope is lost. You can believe you can’t make it in life; you can believe you’re a failure; you can believe whatever report or name men calls you. But when your faith begin to rest in the power of God, then all hope is not lost for you. Even if you have failed in the past, the power of God can still make you a monumental and generational success. As your faith rest in God’s power, whatever name that men calls you don’t count anymore.

Friends, for your own good, for your own success, for your own joy and fulfilment, let your faith rest in the power of God and not in the wisdom of men and watch yourself soar on eagles wings. Hallelujah!
