One of the way to destroy a people or a nation is to turn their plans, counsel and desire into foolishness. Once this is done, it is the people that will with their own hands walk into their destruction. May this be the lots of your adversaries in Jesus name.
When Absalom, the son of King David plotted against his father and overthrown him, because it wasn’t God’s plan for David to be dethroned, He made foolish counsel to become wise and the wise one to become foolish in the hears of Absalom and his people.
2 Samuel 17:14 NLT says
Then Absalom and all the men of Israel said, “Hushai’s advice is better than Ahithophel’s.” For the Lord had determined to defeat the counsel of Ahithophel, which really was the better plan, so that he could bring disaster on Absalom!
Adversaries will come whether you’re good or bad. But one of the way God can keep you ahead of them to make sure whatever plans they have concerning your job, career, business, family and all, is turn to foolishness.
Therefore I pray for today that God, like He did to Ahithophel the enemy of David, will turn the counsel of your adversaries into foolishness in Jesus name. Amen!
