No spiritual man is wicked. None! If that man is truly Godly, then he can’t be wicked. Why? Because wickedness and godliness are directly opposite. It’s like good and evil. Definitely, these two can’t go along.
Every spiritual person has love, feelings and emotion. But we equally understand that we must uphold JUDGEMENT and JUSTICE far above emotion for the following reasons:
For instance, in the case of Abraham, how can you convince me that you love me and yet tell me to go and sacrifice my son. What’s the element of love in that? Also in the case of Jesus, how can you say you love me and yet ask me to die for another person? To a Natural man, asking someone to sacrifice his only son that was born at old age and asking a sinless person to die for sinners are acts of wickedness. But that’s not true.
You see, most persons understand God’s love only from the emotional perspective. But if that’s the only part of God’s love that you know, then your walk with God will be limited. For God to be able to use you more, you also need to understand the JUSTICE and JUDGEMENT part of God.
Proverbs 28:5 NLT says
Evil people don’t understand justice, but those who follow the Lord understand completely.
THE POINT IS: if you have a spiritual person in your life whether as friend, parents, siblings, husband, or wife. Then you need to begin to see them from this light – that no spiritual person is wicked. But their pursuit to please God, and for maturity, and spiritual growth places a demand on them not to allow emotion to cloud their judgement and they must commit themselves to this demand else their world will swallow them. Therefore, please don’t them us as evil.
