Walk on in victory that Christ has purchased for you

We know through scriptures that directly or indirectly, Satan and his agents are behind every struggles, every misfortune, every retrogression, delay and stagnation. All these are part of the works of the devil because his only mission is to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10). However, we also understand that Jesus is the solution to every works of the devil. That’s why First John 3:8 NKJV says 

He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. FOR THIS PURPOSE THE SON OF GOD WAS MANIFESTED, THAT HE MIGHT DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL.

In other words, you’re not expected to suffer any works of the devil again because these have already been dealt with by Christ. However, you need to apply these victories in your situation before you can see them at work in your life. Until you appropriate these truths in your situation, Satan and his agents will still keep on taking you for a ride. DON’T ACCEPT STRUGGLING, MISFORTUNE, RETROGRESSION, DELAY OR STAGNATION as your destiny because they’re not. 

And don’t allow sadness, sorrow, worrying to control you either. These are other weapons of the enemy to keep controlling your emotion, your thoughts, your words and your character. YOU MUST AVOID THESE TRAPS TOO. Christ has paid the price for your freedom and you can enjoy that freedom if you choose.

Let this truth stick with you that whatever evil that persist in your life does so because you allow it to remain. Bishop Oyedepo would say “whatever you don’t want, you don’t watch“. Walk on in the victory that Christ has purchased for you.
